1750: Burnt Cabins and 1755: Great Cove Massacre
The emigrants kept moving westward. In Pennsylvania; they were inhabiting what is now Fulton County, encroaching on Indian land. By 1750 (documentation shows) our Galloway, Kendall and McConnell Tree Branches were involved in the Burnt Cabins Incident (Excerpt from History of Fulton County Pennsylvania:
